This amazing Giant Colored Pencil installation was created back in 2009, by the Cameroonian artist Pascale Marthine Tayou, but so far it is set in one of the Japanese prefectures of Niigata, where every three years n art festival is held. The project is called “Reverse the city” and is a giant multi-colored pencils, suspended with the special facility.
